One kit,
two lives.
Camp and trail gear that earns its place in your house all week, so on Saturday it is already packed. We design it in Philadelphia and print the small parts ourselves.
On Tuesday it hangs on a rail by the mudroom door. Waders, boots and life jackets drain and dry in one place, and you stop hunting for them.
On Saturday it comes off the wall and locks onto a rail in the back of the vehicle. Nothing to pack, because it never got unpacked.
A concept sketch, not a product drawing. Nothing is for sale yet.
The first two things we’re making
- Trailhead
- A wet-gear and seating box. Waders, boots and life jackets drain and dry inside it all week. Chairs and a small table ride along on trip day.
- Rod cradle
- A printed pair of closed rod holders that mounts on the same rail. It keeps rods off the garage floor at home and from bouncing around in the cargo bay.
Where we are
-
Drawn Done
A common box and rail, and seven modules designed to fit them.
-
Built We are here
Building the first Trailhead by hand, and printing the first rod cradle for its rail.
-
Lived with Next
A month at one house, used every week. We write down every annoyance and fix it.
-
Handed out After that
A handful of units to friends who fish and paddle, with a list of questions.
-
Open After that
When there is something real to buy, the list hears first.
Hear when there’s something to buy
We will write when the first thing is ready, and after that only when there is real news. We do not sell or share the list.
